ANNUAL EVENTS

• Shining Star Awards – held in the spring during Teacher Appreciation Week. Students and families are invited to purchase a Shining Star for a staff member who has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Shining Star Awards can be given to ANY Tabernacle School District employee, including bus drivers, cafeteria staff, secretaries, administrative and business office staff, teachers and para-professionals.

• Trenton Thunder Baseball Game – held in June. This fun family event brings staff and families out to enjoy America’s favorite pastime together – baseball! Our local scouts often join us and present the American flag during the singing of the national anthem. It’s Tabernacle Night at the ballpark!

Information about each of these events, and any others planned by the Foundation, will be communicated to families via prior to the event via the District website, Paw Prints Newsletter and when appropriate, via flyers sent home with students.
