Goal #1The Board of Education commits to providing a transition period during which time:

i.                 The new Superintendent (CSA) and new Business Administrator/Board Secretary (BA/BS) are allotted the time necessary to acclimate to the district’s goals and needs; and

ii.               The BOE, along with the CSA and BA/BS, will receive the training necessary to allow for a smooth transition
